In this morning’s video I talk a little bit about how I use exercise and healthy/clean eating to stay focused and balanced while the world around me is rapidly changing.
Not that long ago I would have turned to stress eating or drinking to take my mind off of things and feel like I was in control but now when I feel like I’m not where I want to be I pull up a workout on the Apple TV or hop on the spin bike and go for a ride to clear my head and get me excited for the day ahead.
